You probably all know the name ADA BOJANA. An island in the river, untouched beaches, that's Ada Bojana, a remote place considered a paradise for naturists. This island is one of the most unique vacation destinations in Montenegro.
Ada Bojana is located in the far south of the country, on the border with Albania. It is not an island in the sea, but an island created in a river delta. The Bojana River lies on two sides and the Adriatic Sea on the third side. The island is not large, with an area of only 5 square kilometres. Nevertheless, the vacationers do not disturb each other.
Unlike other parts of Montenegro, here you feel subtropical. And it's not just because of the landscape. If you sail along the river around the island, you will see houses built partially on the shore and partially on the water. It reminds me of Asia. Luxury motorboats are anchored right in front of the house. On the side facing the sea, there are no stilt houses, but a sandy beach. About 3 kilometres long and gently sloping.
The resort was built sometime in the 70s and 80s of the last century and was long neglected after the breakup of Yugoslavia. In recent years, however, the resort has been gradually invested in, gaining exclusivity. On one hand, gradual modernisation, and on the other, untouched nature. This is one of the most unique places in naturist Europe. Here, there is peace for relaxation, and it doesn't matter whether you choose the passive or active one. Every naturist must experience the atmosphere of peaceful harmony with nature at least once in their life.
